How billing works
When does my plan start?
You pay the $499 setup fee when you sign up. Your monthly plan starts on the day your assistant goes live, about a week later.
What if I go over my minutes?
On Monthly, minutes past 1,000 are $0.35 each and are added to that month's invoice. We text you at 80% and 100% so it's never a surprise.
How does the cap work?
You pay $149 plus $0.45 a minute until your bill reaches $649. Every call after that, for the rest of the month, is free.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes. Switch any month, or cancel any time. There's no contract.
